Using magnets for pain relief is easy and you can do this at home. To effectively use magnets for pain relief, you need to locate the correct pain trigger point in your body. You can locate the pain trigger point by using a chart illustrating your body injury. You need to repeat this cycle, until the pain subsides and it will probably take sometime before the pain finally subsides. In the meantime, you can continue taking the pain medications given by your doctor to relieve your aches and pains.
